Sixth Form Leadership Team

Head Students

Welcome to SPH Sixth Form! We are the head students – Ned, Bella, Livs and James. This year we aim to provide a  loving and unique experience for everyone in the SPH Community, and help them to become the people that God calls them to be.

Our role as Head Students is to embody the bridge between staff and students, to provide a supportive network where the people in the SPH community feel welcomed and included. As a team we work closely with Leadership to ensure voices are heard, and ideas are free to be expressed.

We are here to support you through the next year of your SPH journey, and to encourage you to seize opportunities to show school is not just about the academics. We are here to run all of your favourite events, from the Colour Run to the Winter Ball.

We are very privileged to be able to represent a school that prioritises the wellbeing of every student, and creating a genuine sense of family. The SPH Sixth Form is a vital part of this family, and we want to give back to the SPH community for all the opportunities the school has offered over the years

If you have any questions or just wanted to say hello, please email: sph-headstudents@sphcs.co.uk

We are always happy to chat and give some help or advice! See you around school!

Hello! We are SPH’s 2026/27 Sixth Form Charity Team consisting of Isabelle, Mia, Hannah, Stephanie, Alyssa, Demi, Eva, Reina, and Poppy!

As a team we are dedicated to raising awareness, having a positive impact on our local community, and creating memorable and meaningful charity events for our entire SPH family. Charity is at the core of our school ethos so we are not only committed to raising money for charity, but to helping strengthen our school spirit through working together to benefit the things we care about.
Some of our charity initiatives which contribute towards this are SPH Day, Race For Life, the Colour Run, and Christmas Jumper Day, as well as some new additions for the 2026/27 school year!

If you have any ideas for events or charities you’d like us to support, we’d love to hear from you. Whether it’s a cause that means a lot to you or a creative fundraising idea, we’re always open to suggestions and want to support as many people and causes as possible. Outreach

Contact

Hello, we are the Outreach Team here at St Philip Howard. We are led by Anya and our team members include Julia, Lucas, Elodie, Rida, Nikol and Niamh. Our aim is to reach out to the community and build connections between people both within and outside of the school.

We work closely with Charity and other leadership teams throughout the year to help run different events that enrich the enjoyment for students within our school. For example, Race for Life, SPH Day, and the colour run. We also take charge of raffle and stall prizes and event venues. This year we hope to begin working more closely with the local community including primary schools, care homes, and charities.

If you know of any local businesses that would want to promote within our school, or to donate prizes, please get in touch!

The Student Voice team is committed to representing the views, ideas and experiences of everyone at SPH. We work closely with staff to share feedback, celebrate what’s working well, and help make positive changes where they’re needed. Whether it’s suggesting new opportunities, supporting events, or raising issues that matter to students, we’re here to make sure every voice is heard. We believe the best ideas come from working together, and we’re committed to helping create a Sixth Form where everyone feels valued, supported, and proud to be part of the community.

Hello! We are the 2026/2027 Student Support Leadership Team – a group of dedicated Sixth Form students committed to promoting the importance of mental health and wellbeing across our school community. As part of the wider Student Leadership Team, our goal is to help create an environment where every student feels welcomed, supported, safe, and genuinely heard.

This year, our aim is to be more accessible and visible to all students, not just those in Sixth Form. Whether someone wants to share a worry, ask for guidance, or simply stop by for a friendly chat, we want them to know we are here for them.

As a team of caring individuals, we understand that students face challenges both inside and outside of school. We want our SPH community to feel confident that they can approach us and receive support from a place of empathy, understanding and respect. We believe that strong wellbeing and accessible support are essential for every student to thrive during their time at St Philip Howard – and we hope that, through our work, we can help make that a reality.

Hi everyone! We are Lillia, Catrina, Ali and Delphi, and together we represent the Eco Team at St Philip Howard.

We believe that there is power in numbers when it comes to protecting our planet, and that small actions can make a big difference.

As a team, we aim to spread awareness and enthusiasm for stewardship throughout the SPH community, encouraging everyone to play a part in creating a more modern, sustainable way of life.

We hope to engage our community through interactive and accessible activities that give students the opportunity to have fun while making a positive impact on the SPH environment.

Heads of Houses

Contact

Hello everyone!

As we enter our second year with our new House saints, our goal as Heads of Houses is to strengthen the community within them, raise House spirits and strive to have a better acknowledgement of the Houses, their Catholic social teaching and who the saints are as people. We aim to do this through encouraging House competitions, House assemblies, raising money for our House charities, celebrating top House points and, of course, sports day!

Led by our coordinators Alannah Camburn-Morrissey and George Marchant, we hope to see you all engaging in our many House events to not only raise money for charity – with the aim to beat last year’s amount raised – but also to compete for the most House points and be the winning House for the year.

Keep an eye out for where you can get involved.

If you have any questions or ideas, don’t hesitate to email the coordinators:

We can’t wait to see you all get involved!
