Every day is Open Day at SPH, so you are welcome to come in and have a tour anytime and meet the Sixth Form Team. We hold our Sixth Form Open Evening in November each year and the next one will be on Thursday, 9th November 2023, from 6.00pm to 8.00pm. The Open Evening gives you the opportunity to speak to the subject teachers about our A Level and BTEC courses, pick up a Course Booklet which provides details of each course and how it is assessed, and find out about the entry requirements. Current Sixth Form students will also be at the Open Evening to answer any questions.
The evening will start in the main hall at 6pm with an
introduction from Mrs McNeil, Head of Sixth Form, and there will then be
breakaway sessions for each of the subjects on offer. These will take place in subject classrooms so you will be able to have a look around the school, and also at the Sixth Form Centre. We expect the
evening to finish at around 8pm. If coming by car, please enter the school site via the Gospond Road entrance and park on the rear playground (there will be someone there to direct you).
For those students currently not at SPH we are always happy to arrange school tours, and taster days - send us an email (sixthform@sphcs.co.uk)
